GET /v1/bulk; a 30-company sample, the coverage list and the README are free with no signup.as_of. Example: Zyla Life Sciences’ 2019 report covers February–December after its reorganisation; its revenue for those eleven months was returned as fiscal 2019. Those fields are now empty, as they already were with as_of and in the bulk file. 1,577 figures in 213 companies.as_of) and the bulk file now find a year’s figure when the company’s fiscal year ends in the next calendar year and the figure appears only in a later report. Example: CSS Industries’ fiscal 2011 (ended March 2012) basic EPS of $1.61 was returned without as_of but missing with it. 1,213 figures in 533 companies gained a value, and 298 more now come from the same XBRL tag as the answer without as_of; answers that already agreed are unchanged.year=2014 returned fiscal 2015’s figures without as_of and fiscal 2013’s with it. It now returns 404 NO_DATA_FOR_YEAR, and the message names the years on either side. 336 companies have such a number (McKesson, Autodesk, CarMax and Electronic Arts among them). The bulk file had no rows under these numbers, but it carried versions read through them for the year before; in 65 companies those versions are removed and 195 latest values now match the API’s as_of answer for their year.pretax_income is read from, the one that fits the company’s own after-tax figures (pretax income minus income tax expense) is now used when the first one found does not. Some companies put the income statement’s line under the second tag and another figure under the first (Kirby 2015: $361.7M, was −$32M; Emerson 2009: $2,450M, was $2,796M). 376 company-years in 160 companies change; provenance carries a note where it applies. See Pretax check.total_revenue now reads the income statement’s total (RevenuesNetOfInterestExpense for card issuers, brokers and lenders; RegulatedAndUnregulatedOperatingRevenue for utilities) before the contract-revenue tags, which are only part of it. American Express 2025: $72.2B, was $41.3B; NextEra 2023: $28.1B, was $24.8B. 92 company-years in 19 companies change (American Express, Interactive Brokers, SoFi, PennyMac, NextEra, Duke Energy, IDACORP and American Water among them); a few become smaller, where the total is below contract revenue (NextEra 2021 and 2022). Provenance names the tag read.year is SEC’s fiscal-year label, and some companies label a year differently from one filing to the next (Kroger’s years ended January 2023, February 2024, February 2025 and January 2026 are labelled 2022, 2024, 2025, 2025). Where two year-ends shared a label, one of them could not be reached at all. Those years are now counted from the company’s annual reports (Kroger: 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025). About 450 fiscal years that returned nothing now return data; for about 670 fiscal years, in about 800 companies, year now returns a different year-end than before — check period_end in provenance. Companies whose labels already ran in order are unchanged.depreciation_amortization, capex, buybacks and dividends_paid. The three payments are positive amounts paid (free cash flow = operating_cash_flow − capex).share_data: eps_basic and eps_diluted (currency per share, as filed), diluted_shares (weighted average for the year) and shares_outstanding (the cover-page count, dated a few weeks after the year-end). After a stock split, earlier years’ EPS and diluted shares are restated while the cover count is not: provenance says so, and as_of gives all four as first reported.taxonomy (us-gaap, or dei for the cover-page count) and its unit (USD/shares for EPS, shares for counts).operating_income, pretax_income, income_tax_expense and interest_expense.cash_and_equivalents, current_assets, current_liabilities, net_ppe, long_term_debt and long_term_debt_current.get_revisions now includes versions filed under an older tag (Microsoft FY2017 revenue, restated from $89.95B to $96.57B).mcp.financials.datavidence.ai — with the sandbox key, a direct key, or a RapidAPI key.tag each value was read from, and derivations name the tag actually used./v1/usage reports your plan and its limit for RapidAPI subscribers./v1/usage./v1/revisions (get_revisions) — how a fiscal year’s figures changed across filings — and /v1/companies (search_companies) — find a ticker and CIK by name.as_of for figures as originally reported on a date.uvx datavidence-financials (MIT).api.financials.datavidence.ai; Terms, Privacy and Redistribution pages published.
