Questions

How do I get a key?: Subscribe on RapidAPI, which handles sign-up, billing and cancellation. Your RapidAPI key works with the REST API through RapidAPI and with the remote MCP server at mcp.financials.datavidence.ai/rapidapi/mcp.
What counts as a request?: Each API call counts as one request — including a batch call for up to 25 companies. Checking your quota with GET /v1/usage is free.
Where do I see my usage?: In your RapidAPI dashboard. GET /v1/usage (or the get_usage MCP tool) shows your plan and its monthly limit.
Is any data held back on the Free plan?: No. Every plan gets the same coverage, fields, API endpoints and MCP tools. The one addition on Pro and Business is the full bulk file: the same data, every company in one download. Its 30-company sample is free for everyone.
